Forza Accessories (PTY) Ltd reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges if the items are damaged, used, or not in their original, resealable condition.
THIRD PARTY RETAIL PARTNER RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are only accepted online for products purchased directly from our online store. If you have purchased from a third-party retail partner then please continue the return query directly via the same outlet.
CHANGED MY MIND – EXCHANGE REQUEST
- Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Customers are entitled to 1 free exchange. If more than 1 exchange is required, shipping costs for collection and resend will be billed to the client.
- Fill in the Returns Form (above), and we will get in touch with you with details for collection.
- Collection will be arranged free of charge, and the item/s will be inspected once received at our warehouse.
- Once the inspection of the returned items is complete, we will re-ship the exchanged item/s free of charge.
CHANGED MY MIND – REFUND REQUEST
- Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Fill in the Returns Form (above), and we will get in touch with you with details for collection.
- Collection will be arranged free of charge, and the item/s will be inspected once received at our warehouse.
- Once the inspection of the returned item/s is complete, we will process a refund for the value of your order less any shipping fees and discounts.
- Your refund will be processed, and should reflect within 7 business days of being returned to our warehouse. If more than 7 days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us immediately.
NOT WHAT I ORDERED
- In the unlikely event that the wrong product is delivered to you, please contact us as soon as possible.
- We will arrange collection and redelivery of the correct items at no additional cost.
PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE OR MISSING PARTS
In the unlikely event that an item in your order is defective or missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible and describe how the product is defective or what parts are missing. We will arrange redelivery of a replacement item or the missing parts at no additional cost.
